Final economics agreed upon. May require site visit to answer specific technical questions.
CSP presents multi-year operating lease proposal.
Once contract agreement reached, CSP selects installation contractor.
CSP arranges all engineering inspections before installation.
CSP oversees installation, pays contractor and arranges required inspections before system startup authorized.
CSP monitors ongoing operation and regularly informs client.
CSP notifies installation contractor of any performance issues and system maintenance needs.
CSP manages system throughout life of agreement and issues regular invoices to client for lease payments.
CSP works with client for orderly transfer of system ownership at end of agreement.
Saint Philip Project
Saint Philip Presbyterian Church, located in the heart of Houston, is a PC(USA) EarthCare Congregation with a deep commitment to protecting God’s creation.
CSP and St. Philip have a 15 year lease agreement for a solar system that came online in July 2020.
System will produce enough electricity to prevent 46 tons per year of carbon dioxide for going into the atmosphere.
